‘Statement from Ansar al-Sharia in Tunisia claiming responsibility for attack on Tunisian security forces,’ 19 July 2014

The following is a statement released by jihadist group Ansar al-Sharia in Tunisia (AST), in which they claim responsibility, through the Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM)-linked Uqba Bin Nafi Brigade, for the deaths of 14 Tunisian security forces in the Chaambi Mountains on 16 July 2014. مكن الله لفوارس القيروان مجاهدي عقبة بن نافع من أن يزيدوا رائعة أخرى من روائع الملاحم والبطولات ودرسا آخر للطواغيت الحمقى الذين يأخذون صمت المجاهدين وصبرهم على جرائمهم مأخذ الضعف وعدم القدرة على الرد.. ليباغتوهم مساء يوم الأربعاء 18 رمضان بالإغارة على ثكنتين متقدمتين متمركزتين في قمم جبل الشعانبي وإيقاع 15 قتيلا و 20 جريحا

وقد بدأ الإخوة المجاهدون بالموقع الأول فسيطروا عليه تماما وقضوا على من فيه في حين لاذ بعضهم بالفرار لا يلوي على شيئ

مما فسح المجال لتدمير الآليات الموجودة بالثكنة ،عربة همر ومدرعة بيتيآر ،وشاحنة عسكرية وجارفة لتكون حصيلة الإغارة على الموقع الأول 10 قتلى والباقي بين جريح وشريد

في الآن ذاته، مكن الله للمجاهدين من السيطرة على ثكنة ثانية غير بعيدة من موقع الثكنة الأولى، وقتل أربعة من عناصره، في حسن سلّم أحدهم نفسه ثم قُتل فيما بعد متأثرا بجروحه
كما ينبغي الإشارة على أن الغنائم كثيرة بحمد الله ويأتي تفصيلها في وقت لاحق إن شاء الله

  #Hill_Epic: The mujahideen of Uqba Ibn Nafi changed the direction of two of the false god’s military patrols from Hanchir and plunder their ranks…documented in pictures

God enabled the Knights of al-Qairawan, the mujahideen of Uqba Inb Nafi, to increase another great masterpiece of epics, championships, and another lesson on the foolish idols who interpret the mujahideen’s silence and patience against their crimes as weakness and an inability to respond..  They (the mujahideen) surprised them Wednesday evening, the 18th day of Ramadan, with a raid on two outposts stationed in the Chaambi mountains, leading to 15 dead and 20 wounded.

 The mujahideen brothers began in the first position, controlled it completely, killing whoever was there. Some of them escaped and fled with utter recklessness. This gave way to the destruction of the equipment in the base: a Humvee, an armoured vehicle, a military truck and a bulldozer. The result of the first raid was ten killed, while the remainder were injured or fled.

At the same time, God enabled the mujahideen to control a second outpost, not far from the first, and the killing of four of its elements. One of them surrendered him self and then was killed when he succumbed to his wounds.

Thanks to God it should also be noted that there are many spoils, and the details will come at a later time, Insha’Allah.
