Along with the shocking numbers, they renewed their call to the United Nations and the international community to work towards an end to the killing in Syria.

‘Al-Fawzan: Syria and Iran created “ISIS” to abort the revolution,’ Al-Arabiya (UAE), 5 January 2014

A Saudi professor of comparative jurisprudence claims that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is a creation of Syrian and Iranian intelligence to stop the Syrian revolution from succeeding. Al-Fawzan believes that ISIS deceived Syrians of the truth behind the organization.
