‘In Pictures: Young Pharoz ignite El Sawy Culturewheel in Cairo,’ Panorama Online (Israel), 15 January 2014

Egyptian hip-hop group “Young Pharoz” rocked the El Sawy Culturewheel in Zamalak, Cairo last weekend. The trio placed fourth on X-Factor Arabia, launching them to fame. The Young Pharoz sang a number of their new and old songs and were joined by multiple guests from the Egyptian music scene.

وقدم الفريق مجموعة كبيرة من أغانيهم العربية والإنجليزية، بحضور عدد كبير من الجماهير، وقدم الفريق عددا من الأغاني، منها: “البلياتشو”I need a doctor” “Many” “سلمى يا سلامة”، و”الناس الرايقة”، “حتة ورقة” ، إضافة إلي أغنيتهم الجديدة “Same Love” وعدد كبير من أغانيهم التي عبرت عن الوحدة العربية والأحوال التي تدور في المجتمع المصري

واستضاف الفريق حاتم مصطفى، الذي قدم عرض “بيك بوكس”، والموسيقي “بدر” من فرقة “بدية” الذي عزف مقطوعة موسيقية مع أغنية لـ”يانج فاروز”، وأيضاً تاكي عضو فريق “MTM” وغنى “افتكاسة”، “مدرسة الحياة”، و”أمي مسافرة”، والذي شاركه فيها فرقة “يانج فاروز”، كما ظهر في الحفل أيضاً فريق “بروجكت هيب هوب”، والذي أدى أغنية “الضحكة عملة نادرة”، وقدموا عدداً من الأغاني بمشاركة “يانج فاروز

In Pictures: Young Pharoz ignite El Sawy Culturewheel in Cairo

The Young Pharoz, starts of the talent search competition X-Factor rocked their first of their concerts in Cairo. The concert was held at the El Sawy Culturewheel in Zamalak.

The group delivered a large number of their Arabic and English songs, to a large audience, including Al-Balicho, I Need Many, A Doctor, Salma Ya Salama, An-Nas Ar-Rayiqa, Hata Waraqa, in addition to their need song “Same Love” and a number of their songs that express Arab unity and the situation in Egyptian society.

The group hosted Hatem Mustafa, who beatboxed and played the music “Badr” by the band “Bidya,” who played a piece using a song by the Young Pharoz. Takki, a member of hip-hop group MTM also made an appearance and sang Aftkasa, School of Life and My Mother is Travelling, with the help of Young Pharoz. Project Hip-Hop also made an appearance at the concert, singing Laughter is Scarce, as well as a number of songs with the help of Young Pharoz.
