‘Low turnout characterises voting in the “referendum” this evening in Minya province’ www.ikwanonline.com, 14/01/14

A low turnout has characterised the so-called “referendum”

Low turnout characterises voter participation in the “referendum” this evening in Minya province

This evening the demand on polling stations in various civil centres of Minya is very low.

Attempts by supporters of the coup, including members of the  al-Nour and Christians, to encourage people to vote in the referendum have been met with little success and despite the provision of transportation and  blankets in order to entice people to vote there has been a low turnout.
